WARRANTY: Adirondack Chairs and Accessories Are Our Specialty… If you are not completely 100%  satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 Days in the original carton-unused condition and we will gladly refund your money – Less original shipping costs and a 10% restock/repacking/recarton fee.  All Our Products Carry a (1) One-Year Warranty from The Date Shipped Which Covers Workmanship And Material Quality. We Will Repair or Replace Any Product(s) or Part(s) at Our Discretion if Found To Be Defective Within The Warranty Period as mentioned above. Vandalism and/or Abuse is not covered under any warranty.  The customer and/or purchaser is responsible for any return shipping cost back to the manufacturer if necessary to return.

Shipping Damage / Reporting:  All of our products are thoroughly inspected before finally boxed and shipped leaving our docks well packed and secure. In fact it is inspected twice by two different people.  Although shipping damage is rare,  we strongly encourage an immediate inspection of your purchase upon receiving as shipping companies do have –time line restrictions – usually 12-48 hrs. for damage claims.  As the shipper we can not initiate a freight claim BUT, we can assist you. The customer must first initiate by reporting any shipping damages if this was shipped FedEx ground at 1-800-463-3339. They will arrange for a pick-up of the damaged item(s). NEXT call Weathercraft and let us know so we may begin the process of shipping you a replacement.

Risk Free Return Policy:

If You Are Unsatisfied For Any Reason With Your Purchase, You May Return Or Exchange It At Anytime Within 30 Days After Receiving.

Return Shipping and “any” associated return Shipping Costs is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Any item(s) Returned Should Be in it’s New And Unused Condition With All Tags Attached if Applicable. Item(s) Properly Returned Under This Policy Will Be Eligible For A Full Refund –less original shipping costs– By The Payment Method Originally Made, LESS a 10% re-stock fee to cover … original processing, return inspection, re-packaging,  and new carton costs.

Cancellations:

Typically we do not process a customers credit card payment information until 2-4 days prior to shipping. If an order is cancelled BEFORE the credit card is processed there is absolutely no charges… it’s just cancelled. However, if cancellation is requested AFTER a credit card is processed for payment, there is a 2.95% of the purchase amount processing charge which are cost born to us by the bank to process.
